Facilities Fees – 2026

All users of the College Park Water and Sanitation District sewer system will be assessed a $150.00 annual facilities fee per Single Family Equivalent (SFE).

Billing Information:

  • Billing Date: June 1st
  • Amount: $150.00 (Annual)
  • Billing Cycle: Billed annually on June 1st for the calendar year service period
  • Due Date: July 31st
  • Late Fees Assessed: August 1st
  • Late Fee Amount: $30.00 per delinquent bill

Notice:
In accordance with CRS 32-1001(1)(J), all unpaid fees and charges will constitute a perpetual lien on the property served. If the account is turned over for collection, all court costs and legal fees will be added to the balance.
