NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 2024 BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to §29-1-106, C.R.S., as amended, that a proposed Budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the College Park Water and Sanitation District, Jefferson County, Colorado, for calendar year 2024. A copy of the proposed Budget is on file in the office of Morain Bakarich, 2801 Youngfield Street, Suite 370, Golden, Colorado 80401, where the same is available for inspection by the public Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the College Park Water and Sanitation District will consider the adoption of the proposed 2024 Budget following a public hearing thereon to be conducted during a regular meeting of the District’s Board of Directors to be held at the offices of Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers, located at 12499 W. Colfax Ave., Lakewood, Colorado. on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 7:30 a.m.

Any interested elector of the College Park Water and Sanitation District may inspect the proposed Budget for 2024 and file or register any objections or comments thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the Budget.
